While in law school, Lisa was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the New Europe Law Review and participated in the Criminal Law Critic in which she represented indigent defendants in Manhattan Criminal Court.
After law school, Lisa focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation. Lisa joined Greenberg Traurig in New York City in 1998 where her practice focused primarily on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on large patent infringement matters involving major pharmaceutical companies. She also has experience in product liability, professional negligence (medical, legal, architectural and contractor), and real estate litigation.
Since joining McCann & Geschke in 2001, Lisa has limited her practice to representing health care professionals in medical malpractice cases in both state and federal court. She has also handled cases in the appellate courts.
