She received her initial legal training at Pepper, Hamilton & Sheetz, where she worked for two years. She first worked with Tim McCann at Sprecher, Felix, Visco, Hutchison & Young, where she defended medical negligence claims. In addition to her commitment to representing health care providers, Sara has dedicated a great deal of time to public service. For several years, she was the Executive Director of the Volunteers for Indigent Program, a Philadelphia Bar Association program that matches volunteer lawyers with indigent clients. Sara served on the Board of Commissioners of Nether Providence Township, Delaware County, for twelve years, and as President of the Board for six years. Sara, originally from Lancaster County, recently moved to Philadelphia with her husband and dogs after raising their children in Wallingford.
